Competition terms and conditions
1. Promoter Details
1.1. The competition is organised and operated by E1, a company registered in the UK (the “Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
2.1. The competition is open to individuals who:
- Are residents of the United Kingdom
- Are 18 years or over at the time of entry
- Are not employees, agents, or immediate family members of the Promoter or its associated companies
2.2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and may require proof of identity, age, and residence.
3. Competition Period
3.1. The competition opens on Monday, 17 February at 10am GMT and closes on 31 March 2025 at 5pm GMT (the “Competition Period”).
3.2. Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
4.1. To enter, participants must:
- Submit an entry answering the question: “Tell us your biggest supply chain management pain point in 100 words or less.”
- Submit their entry via the form on this page.
4.2. Only one entry per person is permitted. If multiple entries are submitted by the same individual, only the first eligible entry will be considered.
4.3. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter the competition.
4.4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, delayed, or lost due to technical reasons.
5. Winner Selection & Prize
5.1. The winner will be selected based on the originality, clarity, and relevance of their answer by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter.
5.2. The judging will take place within 3 days after the competition closing date. The decision of the judges is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.3. The winner will receive a £1,000 Prezzee voucher, which will be awarded via email within 3 days of the winner confirming their details.
5.4. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for an alternative prize.
6. Notification of Winner
6.1. The winner will be announced on E1 UK’s LinkedIn company page (https://www.linkedin.com/company/estimateone-uk/) within 10 days of the judging process.
6.2. The winner will also be notified via email.
6.3. If the winner does not respond within 5 days of notification or fails to provide the necessary details to claim the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the next best entry, as determined by the judges.
7. Publicity & Data Protection
7.1. By entering, participants agree that the Promoter may use their first name and entry submission in promotional material relating to the competition.
7.2. Personal data provided will be used solely for the administration of the competition and in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws.
7.3. The Promoter will not share or sell entrants’ data to third parties without consent.

8. General Conditions
8.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
8.2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical failures, network issues, or third-party actions that may prevent participation.
8.3. This competition is governed by English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
